I like Alexi Murdoch, always have, seems perfect for a Monday as well.
Ditto on Alexi... but there's also Anna Nalick's "Breathe" (of Grey's Anatomy fame) and Telepopmusik's "Breathe" (of Mitsubishi car commercial fame... groovalicious!).
There's also Breathe by the Prodigy if you like to party like it's 1998.
There's also "Breathe Me" by Sia from a few years ago. Has a rather interesting and original video to it, too.

you should also check out "breathe" by telepopmusic.
great song by fabolous as well by that title. Prodigy's "breathe" is probably my favorite however.
