Album Review Week ∞ Jakob Dylan: Seeing Things

We continue Album Review Week with a guest reviewer – The Late Greats all-time favorite: The Duchess!!!


Often in music these days, there is one song off an album I really like but the rest of the songs fall flat. The only song I had heard before listening to the entire album was “Something Good This Way Comes”. Which I really liked. I was surprised by the rest of the album. There was more there to enjoy than one song.

Jakob has recorded an album that is a modern take on folk music. Music that stands for something.

It is a good album for driving home after a rough day at work. Perfect for unwinding. Reminds me Jack Johnson in that way.
