Ayla Brook gained notoriety in the Great White North by leading the band AA Sound System. He has a solo album coming out on June 24th called After The Morning After.



It’s basically a bunch of friends who got together at a farm and played songs they love. The album was record live, everyone jamming in one room. They didn’t use any drums – in a traditional sense – but they used the environment for percussion. Floor boards, hand claps, foot stomps.



The album has an organic, raw and rootsy feel.
